Preliminary proposal

3D Design and modelling
Our R&D+i department develops a detailed 3D CAD model optimised for rotational moulding, defining all accessories and finishes.
Mould design and manufacturing
We produce a steel or aluminium mould based on the approved design, ready to incorporate any required additions such as inserts, closures or fittings.
Prototyping and validation
We manufacture pilot units to test watertightness, mechanical strength, thermal or chemical behaviour and other properties, allowing for client validation.
Mass production
We precisely control the rotational moulding process for each batch to ensure quality, consistency and a flawless surface finish.
Post-processing and assembly
We carry out cuts and adjustments to guarantee a perfect finish adding all requested components and any other custom features.
Final quality control
We inspect every product down to the smallest detail: dimensions, strength, weight, appearance and functionality. Additional testing is performed upon request.
Product delivery
The finished product is packaged according to specific logistical or regulatory requirements. We coordinate delivery to accommodate urgent orders when needed.
After-sales follow-up
We remain in contact with the client to assess product performance, identify opportunities for improvement and offer mould maintenance or additional production runs.

Rotomoulded Jet Ski Platforms
We designed and manufactured jet ski platforms for Barracuda Docks, a leader in custom nautical equipment. The client was looking for a modular, marine-resistant platform requiring minimal maintenance and adaptable to different dock types.

Fish Feed Dispenser Hopper for Aquaculture
